The PACStacks iCAS Medical Archive Gateway allows you to utilize your
existing SAN or NAS storage for archival of your DICOM images. The PACStacks
iCAS grid-based software is fully DICOM compliant and simplifies storing,
protecting, and retrieving patient studies using your current storage
infrastructure. The highly scalable PACStacks iCAS software can be expanded to
manage additional storage as your requirements change. It can also be combined
with the PACStacks Disc Burner and DICOM Router to create a fully HIPAA-compliant
PACS system.
Allows Hospitals, Clinics and Imaging Centers to simply install the PACStacks
iCAS gateway and configure it to utilize storage resources available on your
network as DICOM archive storage. As needs change the PACStacks iCAS software
has the ability to scale in capacity and/or features to adjust to your new
requirements.
To meet the HIPAA requirement that two separate copies of patient images be
retained, the PACStacks iCAS Software has options for creating separate copies
of each image which can be stored or automatically routed and stored to a remote
storage device. Rules-based archive management is extremely simple, providing
complete control through the appliance’s web-based interface.

PACStacks iCAS Archive Gateway allows use of your current IT storage pool, SAN
or NAS for the archival of DICOM images. Storage capacity may be easily
increased with the addition of expansion upgrades. With SENCOR iCAS software,
there are no extra licenses required for the addition of modalities or
workstations.

The PACStacks grid-based architecture provides the flexibility to buy only what
is needed today and scale your system over time as requirements change. The
PACStacks iCAS Gateway supports up to 5TB of your SAN or NAS and can be expanded
in .5 and 1TB expansion upgrades.
