Extended support
Extended hardware and software support
Let SST Group installation services get your new software or hardware set up so you can focus on your business. Most products come with remote installation and training. Upgrades to on-site installation and training are available on all SST Group systems.
Installation services
Extended support for most SST products may be purchased anytime during the initial support period. Extended support agreements are available to give your device up to a total coverage period of 5 years, or more.
Support hours: 6 AM PST – 5 PM PST M-F.
