We offer a rich suite of support benefits to keep your DMC-EZ software and hardware solutions—and the teams that use them—working at peak efficiency. We make sure you have a smooth experience as long as you are an SST Group customer.

SST Group Support delivers quick problem resolutions and has programs available to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.
Extended hardware and software support
Let SST Group installation services get your new software or hardware set up so you can focus on your business. Most products come with remote installation and training. Upgrades to on-site installation and training are available on all SST Group systems.
Extended support for most SST products may be purchased anytime during the initial support period. Extended support agreements are available to give your device up to a total coverage period of 5 years, or more.
Support hours: 6 AM PST – 5 PM PST M-F.
